New Share Results Summary API

Added the Share Results Summary API to allow users to share the results summary with the data subject based on the input request ID. This API allows users to share the results summary automatically.

Fixed

  • Resolved an issue that caused the names of the following languages to display in the Data Subject Portal without capitalization:

    • Català (Catalan)

    • Français (Canadien)

    • Hrvatski (Croatia)

    • Русский (Russia)

    • Eesti (Estonia)

    • Lietuvių (Lithuania)

    • Српски (Serbia)

    • Shqip (Albania)

  • Resolved an issue that prevented comments from being properly redacted when the Redact subtask comments, Redact public comments, or Redact internal comments settings were enabled for the Deidentify requests policy action on a retention policy.

  • Resolved an issue that prevented workflow filters on the Requests screen from applying correctly when filtering for requests imported via the Bulk Import Historic Data Subject Requests functionality.

  • The Last sync timestamp now updates correctly, ensuring archived requests are visible on the Requests screen.

Permissions

  • The DSAR request view status bar permission has been renamed to DSAR request queue workflow stage change. No changes were made to the permission's functionality.
