Integrating with Zendesk to Create Vendor Records

You can integrate Zendesk with OneTrust to create vendor records in the OneTrust Third-Party Risk Management module. This integration does not require a seeded OneTrust workflow, as seen with most OneTrust integrations, but rather utilizes public-facing APIs and only requires a OneTrust API key to grant access.

To configure the HTTP target in Zendesk

  1. Log in to your Zendesk account.
  2. Click the Admin gear on the side menu and navigate to Settings > Extensions.
  3. Click add target, then select HTTP as a new target.

  4. Configure the target. For more information, see Integrating with Zendesk to Create Vendor Records.
