Privacy Notice Email Templates

You can manage privacy notice email messaging with Privacy Notice Email Templates. You can use these templates to customize email notifications that can be sent to recipients about notice reviews, stages, and expiration.

To view email templates in global settings

Click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner to access Global Settings.
On the Settings menu, select Email and Branding > Email Templates and Branding. The Email screen appears.
Go to the Templates tab.
Click the Filter icon.
Select Privacy Notice Management from the drop-down menu, then click the Apply button. The available email templates for the Privacy Notice Management module will appear.

Privacy Notice Management	Privacy Notice Expired	Privacy Notice Owner	Notifies the user that a privacy notice has expired.	A privacy notice expires.
Privacy Notice Management	Privacy Notice Expiring Soon	Privacy Notice Owner	Notifies the user that the privacy notice will be expiring within 30 days.	A privacy notice is expiring soon.
Privacy Notice Management	Privacy Notice Ready for Review (Moved into Approval Stage)	Privacy Notice Stage Approvers	Notifies the user that the privacy notice has been moved into an approval stage.	A privacy notice is moved to a stage that requires approval.
Privacy Notice Management	Privacy Notice Ready for Review (Submitted by Privacy Notice Owner)	Privacy Notice Stage Approvers	Notifies the user that the privacy notice was submitted for review.	A privacy notice is submitted by a privacy notice owner and is in an approval stage.
Privacy Notice Management	Privacy Notice Rejected and Sent Back	Privacy Notice Owner	Notifies the user that the privacy notice has been rejected and sent back during the review workflow.	A privacy notice is rejected during the review.
Privacy Notice Management	Privacy Notice Workflow Stage Rule Action Notification	Privacy Notice Owner	Notifies the user that the Send Notification rule was triggered from the privacy notice workflow.	A privacy notice triggers a workflow stage rule action.
