Enabling the New CMP Experience
The New CMP Experience feature is under Public Preview. Please contact OneTrust Support to request early access.
OneTrust is unveiling a redesigned experience for the OneTrust CMP. This new interface combines multiple screens within Cookie Consent to create a unified experience that streamlines navigation and makes it easier to deploy and manage your CMP.
Availability
The new CMP experience is being introduced gradually and will not affect all screens within Cookie Consent at once. Once enabled, some sections of the application may display these enhancements while others may not. These updates will continue to roll out incrementally. Functionalities and navigation that currently exist in the product today will remain as-is for screens that have not yet been upgraded.
Documentation Updates
Screenshots and step-by-step instructions within myOneTrust articles and other supporting documentation may not immediately reflect the new CMP experience. Users should expect some minor visual and procedural differences as phases of the experience are made generally available, but no changes to core functionality.

After enabling the new feature via support request, a new setting will become available within your OneTrust tenant.
- Click the Gear icon
to access the Global Settings menu.

- Click the Save button.
