Bulk Exporting CMP Receipts

Important:

The Bulk Export CMP Receipts feature is available for customers with solution packaging only.

You can bulk export consent records within the Bulk export tab of the Cookie Consent menu.

To bulk export cookie receipts from the OneTrust application

Note:

By default, bulk exports are limited to 20 credits/month per tenant. If you require more export credits, please contact OneTrust Support. Export credits can be increased for production environments only.

The following permissions are required to export cookie receipts from the OneTrust application.

Create bulk exports for CMP receipts

Gives users the ability to create bulk exports with data from CMP receipts.

Cookie manager, Privacy officer, Consent manager, Cookie consultant

The permissions can be configured with custom roles.

Download CMP receipts export files

Gives users the ability to download export files for CMP receipts.
  1. On the Cookie Consent menu, select Bulk Export. The Bulk export screen appears.

  2. Click the Create bulk export button. The Export details section of the Create new bulk export screen appears.

  3. Configure the fields. For more information, see Export details screen reference.
  4. Click the Next button. The Filters and parameters section appears.

  5. Configure the fields to filter and refine your export. For more information, see Filters and parameters screen reference
  6. Click the Next button. The Preview your export section appears.


  7. Click the Confirm button. The export will appear on the Bulk export screen.


  8. When the export is available, the Status will change to display an expiration date.
  9. Click the name of the export. The Export details pane appears.


  10. Click the Download file button to download your export. The Download file modal appears.
    Note:

    Click the Duplicate button to create another export with the same specifications. This will take you back to the Create new bulk export screen.



  11. Click the Download file button. The file downloads to your device.

Export name

Enter a name for the export.

File type

Select the file type you want the export to download as. You can select JSON or CSV.

Data type

Select the data type for the export.

  • CMP receipts: Export records of consent collected from your cookie banners and preference centers.

Date filter

Select the date type by which you want to filter the export.

  • Created date

    Note:

    CMP receipt exports can only be configured with the Created date filter.

Start date and end date

Select a start and end date for your export's date range.
