What is changing in the preference center for Features?

When users review Features in the applicable layer of the consent experience, the following information must be provided:

• The standard Feature name.
• The full standard user-friendly text.
• The standard Feature explanation.
• The applicable illustration, where supplied through the framework data.

Features should not be displayed with controls that suggest users can independently disable them when they cannot be independently disabled.
