How does this update solve vendor disclosure ambiguity?

Previously, ambiguity arose when vendors relied only on Legitimate Interest, particularly for Special Purposes.

If a vendor declared Legitimate Interest as the legal basis for Special Purposes and Purposes, and a user exercised their Right to Object, the CMP would set the value to 0.

Vendors could not tell whether this meant Legitimate Interest was not established, or the user objected to the processing.

With the new mandatory disclosed vendors section, this ambiguity is removed. Vendors now know whether they were actually disclosed to the user, ensuring consistent interpretation and enforcement of user rights.
