Insights Universal Consent & Preference Management Dashboards
The Universal Consent & Preference Management Dashboards allow you to report on data captured by the Universal Consent & Preference Management module. You can utilize the data available on the Universal Consent & Preference Management Dashboards to view information about the efficacy of Collection Points, the total numbers of receipts and transactions created from data subject interactions, and the resulting Purpose status from these interactions.
Using the Universal Consent & Preference Management Dashboards
The Universal Consent & Preference Management module offers the following default seeded dashboards that provide near real-time data:

Hourly Consent Default: This dashboard is configured with the Hourly Data (Last 7 Days) Data Level.
Note:This dashboard can be viewed in UTC or the user's time zone by clicking the Context Menu icon
and switching between either option.

Daily Consent Default: This dashboard is configured with the Daily Data (Last 13 Months) Data Level.

Monthly Consent Default: This dashboard is configured with the Monthly Data (Last 2 Years) Data Level.
CAUTION:Consent Insights Dashboards configured with the Monthly Data (Last 2 Years) data level do not support daily filtering and will show data for the entire month. If you are applying filters, you must ensure that the 1st day of the month is included in the filter; otherwise, no data will appear on the dashboard.
For example, if you apply a filter of January 1st to January 2nd on a monthly dashboard, data from the entire month of January (1st - 31st) will appear on the dashboard. If you apply a filter of January 2nd - January 31st, no data will appear on the dashboard because January 1st was excluded from the filter.
The Universal Consent & Preference Management Dashboards are divided into the following tabs: Overview | Opt-In | Opt-Out | Not Given | Receipts & Transactions | Table . The following sections provide additional details on each tab.
To access the Universal Consent & Preference Management Dashboards, navigate to Reports > Dashboards. Then enable the Insights Dashboards setting.
Overview Tab
The Overview tab summarizes the data recorded across the Universal Consent & Preference Management module. This tab can be used to gain a comprehensive overview of all recorded Receipts and Transactions by Purpose and Collection Point during the indicated time range.

Number of receipts created to record each interaction with Collection Points.

Rounded number of transactions for each Purpose organized by Transaction type.
Hover over each bar in the chart to view the exact number of transactions. In addition, you can click each Purpose to display only data for that particular Purpose. Click the Purpose once more to return to the original view.

Opt-In Tab
The Opt-In tab details all opt-in transactions recorded and organized by Purposes and Collection Points. This tab can be used to view the total percentage of Opt-In transactions and evaluate how that percentage fluctuates over time.

Receipts & Transactions Tab
The Receipts & Transactions tab provides data on all Receipts and Transactions captured through data subject interactions with Collection Points. This tab can be used to gain insight on the breakdown of Receipts and Transactions created across the different Purposes and Collection Points during the indicated time range.

Total Receipts Over Time |
Hover over points on the graph to view the exact number of receipts for each day in the selected time range. In addition, you can click that point to display on data for that particular day. Click the graph once more to return to the original view. Total number of receipts created per month in the selected time range. |

Total number of receipts for each Collection Point. Hover over each bar in the chart to view the exact number of receipts. Table Tab
The Table tab offers a detailed breakdown of data subject interactions recorded for each Collection Point and Purpose combination. This tab can be used to see a line-item view of the results of data subject interactions captured for each Collection Point - Purpose combination.
The following metrics are available on the Table tab. Each data row within the table represents the comprehensive data subject interactions recorded for each Collection Point - Purpose combination. The Total row can be used to see a sum of the respective column's values, if applicable.
