Managing Attribute Groups for AI Governance

Once an AI Governance record is defined with attributes, those attributes can be grouped together to form attribute groups. This allows users to keep related attributes together for easy recognition and management within the application.

To add new attribute groups

  1. On the AI Governance menu, select Setup > Inventory manager.

    The Inventory manager screen appears.

  2. Choose which inventory type you want to configure by clicking the View button.

  3. Go to the Attribute groups tab.
  4. Click the Add Group button, which will be below any existing groups.

    The Add group modal appears.

  5. Enter a name for the new group, then click the Save button.

  6. You can now add attributes within distinct groups to sort related attributes.

To add attributes to a group

  1. On the AI Governance menu, select Setup > Inventory manager.

    The Inventory manager screen appears.

  2. Choose which inventory type you want to configure by clicking the View button.

  3. Go to the Attribute Groups tab.
  4. Click the Manage attributes button within an existing group.

    The Manage attributes modal appears.

  5. Move the available attributes to the available group using the direction arrows.
    Note:

    The same process can be used to remove attributes from a group.

  6. Click the Save button. The chosen attributes will be listed in the given group on the Attribute groups tab.

To edit a group name

  1. On the AI Governance menu, select Setup > Inventory manager.

    The Inventory manager screen appears.

  2. Choose which inventory type you want to configure by clicking the View button.

  3. Go to the Attribute groups tab.
  4. Click the Edit icon on a group.

    The Edit group modal appears.

  5. Edit the group name as necessary, then click the Save button.

To delete a group

  1. On the AI Governance menu, select Setup > Inventory manager.

    The Inventory manager screen appears.

  2. Choose which inventory type you want to configure by clicking the View button.

  3. Go to the Attribute groups tab.
  4. Click the Delete icon on a group.

    The Delete group modal appears.

  5. Click the Confirm button. The group will be removed from the inventory type.
