Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Why did OneTrust transition to solution-based packaging and pricing?
Historically, customers purchased OneTrust as individual modules, leading to complexity and feature-gated pricing that limited value.
Our new solution-based packaging simplifies this by offering streamlined packages aligned to key use cases. Customers can adopt capabilities over time without multiple purchases, access full features without limitations, and benefit from pricing that aligns with usage and value.
How do solution packages differ from legacy module subscriptions?
Module-based subscriptions focus on individual capabilities within the OneTrust Platform, while Solution Packages bundle all relevant capabilities for a complete end-to-end use case.
Will roadmap features and capabilities be available across legacy subscriptions and new solution packages?
Major new features and capabilities will only be offered in new solution packages. All other features and capabilities will be available to both module-based and solution-based subscriptions.
I am an existing OneTrust customer. How can I transition to the new solution packages?
