Using the New myOneTrust Documentation Hub

Welcome to the Documentation Hub. This is a quick tour of how to get around and, more importantly, how to find what you came for. It should take you about two minutes.

Finding your way back

Two buttons in the top navigation will always get you home, wherever you've wandered:

  • Back to myOneTrust: Click the OneTrust logo in the upper-left corner, or select Home.
  • Back to the Documentation Hub: Select Documentation.

Just search for it

The How can we help? bar is your search bar. Type what's on your mind and press Enter.

You'll land on a results page. If there's more there than you bargained for, narrow it down with the filters:

  • Content Type
  • Solution & Product
  • Integrations

Browse by Objective

The first set of boxes is a doorway into content organized by objective and task — handy when you know what you're trying to get done but not which product does it.

  • Click one of the six objectives to open its landing page.
  • Click a task to find the content that walks you through it.

The next set of boxes links to the resources you'll reach for most often. Each one has its own landing page that sorts the content further, so you're never dropped into a long list and left to fend for yourself.

Browse by Solution and Product

Prefer the traditional route? The Solutions section organizes everything the familiar way — by product. First, pick a Solution, then on its landing page, choose which Product you want to see documentation for.

Browse by Role

The Roles section pulls together the most critical content for six key roles. Each role's landing page is built around the tasks that role actually does day to day — so if you see your job on the list, start there.

Ask the Copilot

If you'd rather just ask, look for the Copilot icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Click it, type your question in plain language, and it answers using content from the Documentation Hub — with links to the source so you can read further.

It's a good first stop when you're not sure what to search for, or when you want a straight answer instead of a list of results.

What's New and What's Next

These two sections link straight to hand-picked content: What's New covers what just shipped, and What's Next covers what's coming. Worth a look when you have a spare minute.

Choose the path that works for you

There's no wrong way in. Search when you know exactly what you need, or browse by objective, resource, solution, product, or role — whichever matches the way you think about your work. Try a couple and see which one sticks.
