Resending Links and Notifications

You can resend previously sent notifications as a reminder for vendors if needed.

Note:

Due to changes that improved application performance, links or URLs sent with notifications prior to OneTrust 6.32 will need to be resent.

To resend assessment notifications

  1. On the Third-Party Risk Management menu, select Active under Assessments.
    The Assessments screen appears.
  2. Select the assessments you would like to resent notifications for.
  3. Click the Context Menu icon then select Send Reminder.


To resend task links

Note:

The summary reminder email that is sent to Assignees and Collaborators will only contain Tasks that have a specified deadline, meaning tasks without deadlines will not be included in the email

  1. On the Third-Party Risk Management menu, select Automation Rules under Setup.
    The Automation Rules screen appears.
  2. Select or create a new rule group to create a new rule that triggers resending the notification.
  3. From the automation rule group screen, click the Add button.
  4. Select Task as the rule type to configure a rule based on the below screenshot that will send summary reminder emails to assignees and collaborators in a one-time run.
