Adding, Editing, and Deleting Sections

You can divide questions into sections to make assessments easier to complete.

To configure a template, you must open the template in the Template Builder.

To open the Template Builder

  1. On the Third-Party Risk Management menu, select Templates.
  2. Hover over the tile and click the Edit Draft button.
    The Template Builder appears.

To add a section to a template

  1. In the Template Builder, click the Add Section button.
    The Section Name appears.

  2. Enter a name for the section.
  3. Click the Add Section button.

    Click the Save and Add New button to save and add another section.

    The new section appears.

To edit a section

  1. Open a template in the Template Builder.
  2. Hover over the section you want to edit until the Edit icon appears.
  3. Click the Edit icon.
    The Section Name modal appears.

  4. Revise the name of the section.
  5. Click the Save button. 

To delete a section

  1. Open a template in the Template Builder.
  2. Hover over the section you want to delete until the Delete icon appears.
  3. Click the Delete icon.
    The Delete Section modal appears.

  4. Click the Confirm button.
Note:

If you delete a section, any rules which reference questions in that section will be deleted.

To move a section

  1. Open a template in the Template Builder.
  2. Click and drag the section to the new desired location.
