Adding Vendors to the Inventory from the Third-Party Risk Exchange

The Third-Party Risk Exchange by OneTrust is a database of information about common vendors your organization might use. You can use the Exchange to populate your vendor inventory with public information provided directly by the vendor.

To add a vendor from the Exchange

  1. On the Third-Party Risk Exchange menu, select Exchange.
    The Third-Party Risk Exchange screen appears, displaying tiles for each vendor currently in the Exchange.

  2. Use the search box or scroll to locate the vendor you want to add to your inventory.
  3. Click the Add button on the vendor you would like to add to your inventory.
    The Add to Third-Parties modal appears.

  4. Click the Confirm button.
    This will add the vendor to your inventory and the record will appear on the Vendors list screen.
