Viewing Screening Results Activity History

View activity history for screening results in the Activity tab on the Screening Results Details screen to see all activity history associated with confirming and dismissing screening matches. This helps to clearly show who and when someone confirmed or dismissed a match.

To view activity history in screening results

  1. On the Third-Party Due Diligence menu, select Third Parties.
    The Third-Parties Details screen appears.
  2. Click the Screening Results tab.
  3. Select the name of a record from the list where you would like to review the activity history.
  4. Click the Activity tab.
    The activity history appears.

  5. Click the Sort icon to change the order of the activity log (ascending/descending).
  6. Click the Expand icon to expand each section to show details about the changes made.
  7. Click the Collapse All button to close the detail view for each item.
    Note:

    The Expand All button appears in place of the Collapse All button when all of the items are collapsed.
