Bulk import template reference

The template lists the default and custom attribute fields that you can edit. Enter the information accurately so that defined workflows and automation rules trigger as expected.

Important:

If a required field is blank, the import fails.

If an optional field is blank, the current data in OneTrust is overwritten as blank.

If an optional column does not need to be updated, remove the column from the update template spreadsheet. The existing data remains in OneTrust.

To update only certain data in a column, copy the existing column contents from the exported inventory spreadsheet into the update template spreadsheet before making changes. This prevents existing content from being overwritten.
