Configuring Monitoring Alerts

You can configure Notification Settings in the OneTrust application to send monitoring alerts to specific users when risks are identified during daily monitoring by Dow Jones. These alert notifications allow users to access a summary of newly surfaced risks to easily review all risks identified on a matched profile. This reduces the time spent searching for updated information gathered from daily monitoring.

Note:

If monitoring alerts are not configured in the Notification Settings, the user that submitted the initial monitoring request will be notified.

To configure monitoring alerts

The Monitoring Alert section in the Notification Settings for Third-Party Due Diligence allows you to assign the system users and/or user type attributes in which you would like to notify regarding a monitoring alert. 1. On the Global Settings menu, select Third-Party Due Diligence > Notification Settings.
The Third-Party Due Dilligence screen appears.

  2. Add the system users and/or user type attributes you would like to be notified when updates are made to to third-parties or linked entities monitored by Dow Jones.
