Configuring Dow Jones Settings in the OneTrust Application

You can now configure the Dow Jones Content Set in the OneTrust application to identify the Dow Jones content sets purchased in your organization's contract. This configuration will ensure all screening and monitoring requests are completed successfully. The select content will be used to display available risk data included in the Dow Jones screening results.

Content Set

Description

Standard

The Standard content set runs compliance checks against Watchlists and Adverse Media. For more information, see About Screening Results.

Premium

The Premium content set runs compliance checks against Watchlists, Adverse Media, and State-Owned Companies. For more information, see About Screening Results.

To configure Dow Jones

  1. On the Global Settings menu, select Third-Party Due Diligence > General.
    The Third-Party Due Diligence screen appears.

  2. Select the Dow Jones Content Set purchased with your Third-Party Due Diligence module.
    Attention:

    If you do not select the correct content set, the screening and monitoring requests will not be completed.

  3. Click the Save button.
    The confirmation modal appears.

  4. Click the Confirm button.
