Moving Questions between Answer Libraries

You can quickly define which Answer Library a question belongs to by moving questions from one library to another.

To move a question

  1. On the Vendor Portal menu, select Answer Libraries. The Answer Libraries screen appears.

  2. Click the name of the library in which you would like to move questions. The Library Details screen appears.

  3. Select the check box next to the question(s) you would like to move.


  4. Click the Move button. The Move Questions modal appears.


  5. Select the Answer Library you would like to move this question to using the Select Answer Library field selector.
    Note:

    Moving the question to a different library will remove the question from its current Answer Library.

  6. Click the Move button.
