Creating and Managing Answer Libraries
The Answer Library is the most important part of the setup process to get the most out of the autocomplete functionality. You can create an Answer Library and configure that library to hold specific questions and answers.
If you are unsure where to begin, use the last security questionnaire you completed for a customer or the last request for proposal (RFP) you completed for a particular product or service.
