Adding Stage Rules to Business Objective Workflows
The Business Objective Workflows feature is under Public Preview for customers with solution packaging only. Please contact your account representative or OneTrust Support to request early access.
You can add stage rules to your business objective workflows to automatically generate an action based on the details of the objective. Conditional logic rules can be configured in the Stage Rules tab to create tasks, send notifications, and update attributes. OneTrust supports the creation and management of these rules to provide more control and flexibility to the workflows that you have created in the tool.
The workflow stage rules will be evaluated each time the business objective reaches the stage in which the rule is configured and the conditions are met.
