Customizing Risk Email Templates Using Dynamic Variables
You can auto-populate risk details using dynamic variables when communicating with users using pre-configured OneTrust email templates.
These dynamic variables can be used as needed within their respective email template to auto-populate risk details. In the IT & Security Risk Management module, you can use dynamic variables to customize risk emails sent via automation rules, workflow stage rules, and email templates in Global Settings.
Supported Template Variables
Removing the underscore or reformatting the variable name in any way will cause it to fail.
