Configuring Issue Workflow Routing Rules
You can automate the assignment of issue workflows using condition-based routing rules based on issue attributes. These routing rules help provide more control and flexibility when using workflows to remediate issues.
The ability to view the Issue Workflow tile is controlled by the Custom Issue Workflow View permission.
