The EPM Workflow and Approval Tab permission allows users to view the workflow and approvals tab of documents using approval workflow stages.

The EPM Bypass Required Approvals permission allows users to skip required approvers within workflow approval stages.

No. Only users with the EPM Bypass Required Approvals permission can bypass other approvers. The roles with this permission are Site Admins and EPM Managers.
