Insights Privacy Notice Management Dashboard
The PNM Default Dashboard allows you to report on data captured by the Privacy Notice module. You can utilize the data available on the PNM Default Dashboard to view the details of privacy notices within your organization and track notices, workflows, and notice expiration details.
The PNM Default Dashboard is divided into the following tabs: Overview | Workflow | Expiration Analysis. The following sections provide additional details on each tab.
To access the PNM Default Dashboard, navigate to Reports > Dashboards. Then enable the Insights Dashboard setting. The PNM Default Dashboard is also available by navigating to Privacy Notice > Dashboard.
Available Slicers & Standard Metrics
Throughout each tab of the Insights PNM Dashboards, the following slicers and metrics are available. By default, slicers affect all the other visualizations on the tab, including each other. As you choose values in the list and date slicers, the other slicers and visualizations will be filtered to include only the data that intersects those selected values.

The name of the organization responsible for managing the privacy notice.
Select specific organizations to adjust the data the displays in the visualizations.
- Workflow

The current workflow of the privacy notice.
Select specific workflow to adjust the data that displays in the visualizations.
- Stage

The current workflow stage of the privacy notice.
Select specific stages to adjust the data that displays in the visualizations.
- Approvers

The approvers assigned to the privacy notice.
Select specific approver names to adjust the data that displays in the visualizations.
- Date Range

Dates when privacy notices were created.
Click the start and end date fields and select dates from the calendar to adjust the time period of the data that displays in the visualizations.

Overview Tab
The Overview tab provides an overview of metadata for all privacy notices within your organization.

The name of the user responsible for the privacy notice.
Hover over each bar in the chart to view the exact number of privacy notices per owner. In addition, you can click each bar to display only data for that particular notice and owner combination. Click the bar once more to return to the original view.
- How many privacy notices are in use?

The total number of privacy notices that are currently published and not published.
Hover over each segment in the chart to view the exact number and percent of privacy notices per publication status. In addition, you can click each segment to display only data for that particular stage. Click the segment once more to return to the original view.
- How many have been created over time?

The number of privacy notices that have been created by your organization each year.
Hover over each point in the graph to view the number of privacy notices created in the given year. In addition, you can click a point on the graph to display only data for that particular date and time. Click the point once more to return to the original view.
- How many have been published over time?

The number of privacy notices that have been published by your organization each year.

- What are the workflow stages of your privacy notices?

- How many documents are expiring in next 3 months?

The number of privacy notices that are set to expire in the next three months.

Workflow Tab
The Workflow tab provides an overview of the workflows being utilized by privacy notices within your organization.

The Expiration Analysis tab provides an overview of privacy notices that have either expired or set to expire soon.
