Incident Assessment Type FAQ
This article serves to provide information regarding the new assessment type for incident assessments and incident templates.
What is an incident assessment type?
All templates created from the Incident Management module are considered an incident assessment type, as well as assessments launched from templates labeled as incident types and assessments with incident questions.
Is there a new permission that I need for this feature?
The new permission View Incident Assessment will be created. All users with this permission will be able to view incident assessment types and templates.
How can I create an incident type template?
You can create an incident type template when creating templates from the Templates screen in the Incident Management module. Only incident type templates will be displayed here. The incident templates will not appear in the Assessment, Vendor Detail Assessment, or Inventory Detail Assessment screens.
Will incident templates be added to the Incident Management module?
Yes, incident templates have been created in the Incident Management module and will be migrated to an incident assessment type.
