Enabling and Configuring Global/Local Inheritance Settings
Using inheritance settings enables users to decide which attributes are kept standard across all local versions. Enabling Auto-update allows master records to automatically update attribute information to local versions and replace any existing information for specific attributes. Attributes set to Override will not sync with the master record and can still be changed at the local level.
After settings are configured, local version attributes with values different from those on the master record can also be compared and changed to reflect master record values.
