Data Transfers and Contextual Relationships: Feature Upgrade Schedule

The availability of the Data Transfers and Contextual Relationship feature is contingent upon upgrading your tenant’s infrastructure. This only affects customers with Data Mapping Automation, IT Risk Management, and/or Vendor Risk Management licenses with tenants created before the release of OneTrust 202305.1.0.

The Inventory Relationships upgrade for all dedicated tenants is scheduled for June 5, 2024. Please refrain from creating or updating any relationships during this period.

Your tenant will be will be offline for approximately up to four hours during the scheduled upgrade window. During this time, access to your OneTrust tenant will be unavailable.

These upgrades will happen after hours. Site admins will see a banner notification in the application ahead of the scheduled rollout. Site Admins will also receive an automated email notification three weeks in advance of the upgrade.

• Downtime will not impact external-facing web assets or processes, including DSAR webforms, requests, and consent banners.

• Your existing Data Mapping Automation configuration, assessment templates, and inflight assessments will not be impacted by this change. This upgrade will allow for additional functionality that also supports existing configurations.

• If you have not created any relationships between inventory records, this upgrade will have no impact on your usage.
