Reviewing Assessment and Question Activity History

The application tracks the activity history on both assessments and questions for auditing purposes. 

To review the activity history of an assessment

  1. On the main navigation menu, select Assessments. The Assessments screen appears.

  2. Hover over the assessment you want to review until the Context Menu button appears.
  3. On the Context menu, select View Activity. The Assessment Activity modal appears. 


  4. Review the changes which have been made to the assessment over time.
  5. Click the Close button.

To review the activity history of a question in an assessment

  1. On the main navigation menu, select Assessments. The Assessments screen appears.

  2. Click on an assessment which has a status of In Progress, Under Review, or Completed. 
  3. Navigate to the question you want to review.
  4. Click on the History icon button for the question you want to review. The Question Activity modal appears.


  5. Review the changes which have been made to the question over time.
  6. Click the Close button.
