Using the PIA & DPIA Automation Dashboard
The PIA & DPIA Automation Dashboard offers a comprehensive overview of your assessments using widgets of various visualization styles to highlight key assessment and assessment risks metrics within your organization. You can also configure custom PIA & DPIA Automation dashboards using the Copy button or by navigating to the Reports module to create dashboards that prioritize the data most relevant to you and your organization.

Open Assessments
The Open Assessments count card widget shows the total number of assessments that are in the Not Started or In Progress stage.
Assessments by Stage
The Assessments by Stage bar chart widget shows the total number of assessments that are in each stage sorted in ascending order. Stages are organized into four categories: Not Started, In Progress, Under Review, and Completed.
Open Assessments by Template
The Open Assessments by Template stacked bar chart widget shows the total number of assessments that are in the Not Started, In Progress, or Under Review stage sorted in descending order.
Average Number of Days Spent in Each Stage
The Average Number of Days Spent in Each Stage donut widget shows the average number of days that an assessment spent in a stage before transitioning to a new stage. Stages are organized into four categories: Not Started, In Progress, Under Review, and Completed.
Assessments Under Review by Approver
The Assessments Under Review by Approver bar chart widget shows the total number of assessments that are currently in the Under Review stage along with the respective approver.
Assessment Completed Over Time
The Assessment Completed Over Time line chart widget shows the total number of assessments that were historically completed every month.
Open Assessment Risks
The Open Assessment Risks count card widget shows the total number of risks identified by PIAs.
Assessment Risks by Category
The Assessment Risks by Category bar chart widget shows the total number of risks identified by PIAs that are in the Identified, Evaluation, or Treatment risk stage. The assessment risks are organized by the different risk categories in alphabetical order.
Number of Assessment Risks by Residual Risk Level and Risk Stage
The Number of Assessment Risks by Residual Risk Level and Risk Stage matrix widget shows the total number of risks identified by PIAs along with the current risk level and risk stage. Risk levels are organized into the following categories: Zero, Low, Medium, High, and Very High. Risk stages are organized into the following categories: Identified, Evaluation, Treatment, and Monitoring.
