Configuring Multilingual Assessment Templates
This feature is only available for Enterprise and Trial license types.
For more information, see Multilingual Templates FAQ.
Using PIA & DPIA Automation, you can configure translations for your templates so respondents and approvers can complete assessments in a language matching their environment configuration. Templates will display in a translated language by default any time an approver or respondent configures their OneTrust environment in a language that matches a translation you have provided. If you provide no translations, or if an approver/respondent's environment language does not match a translated language, the default template language will display.
For information on building templates, see Adding a New Template from the Gallery and Creating a New Template.
To add a new translation to a template
Once the template is published and an assessment based on the template is launched, your translation will appear when an approver or respondent configures their app language to one that matches a translation.
You can change your app language by clicking the User Profile icon and selecting Set Language.
Users can configure their preferred language on templates with multiple languages enabled by clicking the Select Language menu.
For more information on publishing templates and launching assessments, see Publishing a Draft and Launching Assessments.
To update a translation for a template
You can update a translation at any time. To achieve consistency across all translations, update your translation files after you use the Builder tab to make any changes to a template or publish a new version.
