Configuring Branding for a Trust Center

Customizing branding for your Trust Center helps create a consistent and professional look that aligns with your organization’s identity. You have two ways to configure branding for your portal: Brand and Appearance. Brand is the fastest way to get started: just update the three main colors and your logos, and your portal will instantly reflect your brand’s identity with minimal effort. On the other hand, Appearance offers a more advanced setup, giving you greater control over your portal’s look and feel.

To configure branding for a Trust Center

  1. On the Trust Center menu, select Portals. The Trust Center portals screen appears.

  2. Click the link in the Portal column for the Trust Center that you want to configure.
  3. Navigate to the Branding tab. The branding options for the Trust Center appear.
  4. On the Branding tab, select Brand.

    Note:

When a new portal is created, it automatically inherits the branding configured in Global Settings > Email and Branding > Application Branding.

  5. Customize the branding of the Trust Center, as necessary. The Preview view on the right side of the screen allows you to instantly see how your branding changes will appear, helping you fine-tune the design before publishing. For more information, see Branding Tab Reference.
    Note:

If a component does not reflect the selected color in the preview, it could be due to Appearance settings manually applied to custom color, which may override your primary Brand color configuration. For more information, see Customizing Appearance for Trust Center.

  6. Click the Save button.
  7. Click the Publish button to make your changes live.
