Adding a Privacy Requests Section

The Trust Center provides a compliant, user-centric privacy experience to your portal users as part of your privacy and customer strategy, while empowering them to manage their data and preferences in a clear and accessible way.

You can add a Privacy requests section to the Trust Center to allow data subjects to view and comment on their data subject requests, as well as view request details. This will replace the standard Privacy Portal with a Trust Center portal.

For more information on standard DSAR Privacy Portals, see Setting Up the Privacy Portal and Privacy Portal FAQ.
