Customizing Email Templates for Scheduled Reports

You can customize the Scheduled Report Email Notification email template that is sent to users when the respective scheduled report has been generated and is available to download. You can also include system dynamic variables for reports within this template to provide additional details regarding the available report.

To customize the Scheduled Report Email Notification email template

  1. Click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner to access Global Settings.
  2. On the Global Settings menu, select Email and Branding > Email Templates and Branding.

    The Email screen appears.

  3. Navigate to the Templates tab.
  4. Select the Scheduled Report Email Notification email template.
    The Template Details screen appears.
    Note:

    You can apply a filter for the Reporting group to locate this template.



  5. Enable the Override setting.
  6. Customize the Subject Line and Email Body fields, as needed.
  7. Click the Save button.

System Dynamic Variables for Reports

The following system dynamic variables can be added to the Scheduled Report Email Notification email template.
