How frequently does OneTrust Dashboards & Reporting refresh?
OneTrust generally refreshes every 30 minutes for all Dashboards & Reporting features, including column reports, PDF reports, and dashboards. Most data should appear in approximately 30 minutes, but it could take up to 90 minutes in certain situations based on volume. However, please expect larger times for updates to reporting services in case of bulk imports, updates, or deletes of data.
For Cookie Consent and Consent & Preference Management dashboards and column reports configured with daily and monthly data levels, data is aggregated into respective buckets 3 times a day. This means that hourly data is aggregated into daily and monthly buckets at 1:00 AM, 9:00 AM, and 5:00 PM UTC.
Hourly data is still expected to be refreshed within 30 minutes for both dashboards and column reports.
