Data Glossary for Consent Reports

OneTrust Universal Consent & Preference Management helps organizations manage the processes for obtaining a data subject's consent, communicate with them about their existing and future preferences, and control the processing of data based on these preferences. Consent reports built from the data captured by Universal Consent & Preference Management can be used to view the metrics/statistics for daily data subject interactions with your collection points and preference centers.

Available Consent Report Templates

The following report templates are available in the Reports Gallery when you select the Consent data source. You can view the available Reports Gallery templates by clicking the Create New button on the Reports screen. All templates will display by default, but can be narrowed down based on your selected data source or report type.

The following fields are available to be included on consent reports. The fields that display in a report will automatically populate depending on the report template you selected when creating the report.
