Insights Privacy Management Dashboard
The Privacy Management Dashboard allows you to report on data captured by the PIA & DPIA Automation, Data Mapping Automation, Privacy Rights Automation, IT & Security Risk Management, and Third-Party Risk Management modules. You can utilize the data available on the Privacy Management Dashboard to monitor your overall Privacy Management performance across different objects such as assessments, risks, data mapping inventory, and privacy rights requests for your organization.
The Privacy Management Dashboard is divided into the following tabs: Overview | Assessments | Risks | Data Mapping | Privacy Rights. The following sections provide additional details on each tab.
To access the Privacy Management Dashboard, navigate to Reports > Dashboards. Then enable the Insights Dashboards setting..
Overview Tab
The Overview tab provides a summary of key metrics across different objects such as assessments, risks, data mapping inventory, and privacy rights requests for your organization.
The following metrics are available on the Overview tab:

Total number of assessments completed across the organization.
- Avg. Days to Complete Assessments

The average number of days it takes to complete an assessment.
- Completed Privacy Rights Automation

Total number of completed requests across the organization.
- Avg. Days to Complete Requests

The average number of days it takes to complete a request.
- Mitigated Risks
-
Total number of risks that have been mitigated by the risk owner.
- Assets

Total number of assets across the organization.
- Processing Activities

Total number of processing activities across the organization.
- Vendors
-
Total number of vendors across the organization.
- Sensitive Data Collection by Top 10 Riskiest Assets

Top 10 assets with the highest risk score collecting sensitive personal data.
Hover over each line to view the asset name and respective data category. In addition, you can click each element to display only data corresponding to that element. Click the element once more to return to the original view.
- Closed Risks by Category

Average inherent and residual risk scores across risk categories for closed risks.
Hover over each point to view the inherent and residual risk scores per risk category. In addition, you click each point to display only data for that particular risk level throughout the dashboard. Click the point once more to return to the original view.
- Top 10 Risky Vendors

Top 10 vendors with the highest risk score.
Hover over each rectangle to view the risk score and criticality per vendor. In addition, you can click each rectangle to display only data for that particular vendor. Click the rectangle once more to return to the original view.
- Requests by Country

Total number of requests in a specific country.
Hover over each point in the map to view the exact number of requests for that country. In addition, you can click a country to display only data for that particular country. Click the country once more to return to the original view.
- Target Risk Gauge

Residual risk score status between the inherent and target risk scores.
Hover over the chart to view the residual risk score, target risk score, and inherent risk score.
Assessments Tab
The Assessments tab provides a summary of key metrics on open and completed assessments, including counts of assessments, result distribution, average time to complete, and more.

- Completed Assessments

- Average Days to Complete

The average number of days it takes to complete an assessment.
- Mitigated Assessment Risks

Total number of assessment risks that have been mitigated by the risk owner.
- Assessment Result Distribution

Distribution of all assessments by assessment result.
Hover over each segment in the chart to view the exact number and percent of assessments per result. In addition, you can click each segment to display only data for that particular assessment result. Click the segment once more to return to the original view.
- Completed Assessments Overtime

Total number of completed assessments over a lengthy period of time.
Hover over each point in the graph to view the number of assessments completed at a given date and time. In addition, you can click a point on the graph to display only data for that particular date and time. Click the point once more to return to the original view.
- Created Assessments by Organizations (Top 10)

List of the top 10 organizations in the account with the most number of created assessments in descending order.

- Top Templates Usage

Total number of assessments created for each assessment template in descending order.

- Total Completed Assessments by Approvers (Top 10)

List of the top 10 approvers in the account with the most number of completed assessments in descending order.

Risks Tab
The Risks tab provides a summary of key metrics on assessment risks, including counts of risks, distribution by stage, level, and category, average risk scores, and more.

- Mitigated Risks

Total number of risks that have been mitigated by the risk owner.
- Average Residual Risk Score

Average residual risk score across risks across the organization.
- Risks by Stage and Level

Total number of risks in each stage by risk level.

- Risks by Category

Total number of risks within each risk category type.

- Implemented Controls by Effectiveness

Total number of control implementations by effectiveness of the control.
Hover over each segment in the chart to view the exact number of control implementations per effectiveness. In addition, you can click each segment to display the percentage of controls in this effectiveness and only view data for that particular effectiveness throughout the dashboard. Click the segment once more to return to the original view.
- Critical Risks Captured Overtime

Total number of critical risks captured across the organization.
Hover over each point in the graph to view the number of critical risks created at a given date and time. In addition, you can click a point on the graph to display only data for that particular date and time throughout the dashboard. Click the point once more to return to the original view.
- Average Risk Scores by Categories

Inherent and residual risk scores across risk category types.

Data Mapping Tab
The Data Mapping tab provides a summary of key metrics regarding data inventory and associated assessment metrics, including counts of inventory and inventory assessments, hosting locations for assets and vendors, and more.

Select specific inventory types to adjust the data that displays in the dashboard tiles.

- Vendors by Location

Total number of vendors per location.

- Processing Activities by Legal Basis

Total number of processing activities per legal basis of processing.

The Privacy Rights tab provides actionable insights for your privacy requests and associated subtasks, including counts of requests, average days to complete, and more.
