Insights PIA & DPIA Automation Dashboard
The PIA & DPIA Automation Dashboard allows you to report on data captured by the PIA & DPIA Automation module. You can utilize the data available on the PIA & DPIA Automation Dashboard to view information about key metrics associated with organizing open/closed assessments and categorizing associated risks.
The PIA & DPIA Automation Dashboard includes the following tabs: Activity | Completion Metrics | Assessment Risks. The following sections provide additional details on each tab.
To access the PIA & DPIA Automation Dashboard, navigate to Reports > Dashboards. Then enable the Insights Dashboards setting.
Activity Tab
The Activity tab displays all open/closed assessments that are associated with your account.
The following metrics are available on the Activity tab:
- Field
- Description
- Total Open Assessments

Total number of open assessments on the account.
- Stalled Assessments (7+ days)

Total number of stalled assessments that have not been moved to the next stage in the last 7 days.
- Assessments Approaching Deadline

Total number of assessments approaching their deadline date.
Hover over each segment in the chart to view the exact number and percent of assessments per stage. In addition, you can click each segment to display only data for that particular stage. Click the segment once more to return to the original view.
- Assessments Past Due

Total number of assessments that are past their deadline date.
Hover over each segment in the chart to view the exact number and percent of assessments per stage. In addition, you can click each segment to display only data for that particular stage. Click the segment once more to return to the original view.
- Under Review Assessments by Approver

Total number of assessments that are Under Review status by the approver.
Hover over each bar in the chart to view the exact number of assessments per approver. In addition, you can click each bar to display only data for that particular approver. Click the bar once more to return to the original view.
- Not Started/In Progress by Respondent

Total number of assessments that have not been started or are in progress by the respondent.
Hover over each bar in the chart to view the exact number of assessments per respondent. In addition, you can click each bar to display only data for that particular respondent. Click the bar once more to return to the original view.

Completion Metrics Tab
The Completion Metrics tab provides high-level metrics on the average time it takes for respondents to complete their given assessments.
The following metrics are available on the Completion Metrics tab:

- Average Time to Complete (Days)

The average number of days it takes to complete an assessment.
- Completed Assessments Overtime

Total number of completed assessments over a lengthy period of time.
Hover over each point in the graph to view the number of assessments completed at a given date and time. In addition, you can click a point on the graph to display only data for that particular date and time. Click the point once more to return to the original view.
- Average Days Spent in a Stage Completed in Last 90 Days

The average number of days spent in the completed stage in the last 90 days.
Hover over each bar in the chart to view the exact number of days spent in each stage. In addition, you can click each bar to display only data for that particular stage. Click the bar once more to return to the original view.
- Average Time to Complete by Approver (in Days)

The average number of days it takes to complete an assessment by the approver.
Hover over each bar in the chart to view the average time an approver takes to complete an assessment. In addition, you can click each bar to display only data for that particular approver. Click the bar once more to return to the original view.
Assessment Risks Tab
The Assessment Risks tab provides insights into the number of available risk assessments.
The following metrics are available on the Assessment Risks tab:

- Total Assessment Risks

Total number of assessment risks on the account.
- Open Assessment Risks

Total number of open assessment risks on the account.
- Stalled Risks (More than 7 days)

Total number of risks that have not been moved to the next stage in the last 7 days.
- Average Residual Risk Score

The average residual risk score number of on all assessments.
- Open Risks by Risk Category

Total number of open risks organized by risk category.
Hover over each rectangle to view the number of risks per risk category. In addition, you can click each rectangle to display only data for that particular category. Click the rectangle once more to return to the original view.
- Overdue Risks by Risk Owner and Risk Level

Total number of risks that are overdue organized by Risk Owner and Risk Level.
Hover over the rectangles on the left to view the number of risks per risk owner. Hover over each line to view the number of risks per risk owner and risk level. Hover over the rectangles on the right to view the number of risks per risk level. In addition, you can click each element to display only data corresponding to that element. Click the element once more to return to the original view.
- Residual Risks Score Greater Than Target Risk Score

The average residual risk score number of scores greater than the targeted risk score on all assessments.
Hover over each point to view the number of risks per risk level. In addition, you click each point to display only data for that particular risk level. Click the point once more to return to the original view.
- Assessment Risks by Risk Level and Stage

Total number of Assessment Risks sorted by Risk Level and Stage.
