Viewing Related Contracts on PDF Reports

The Related Contract section type allows you to include contract records linked to the selected inventory in the report. This section type can be added in Inventory type PDF reports created using the following data sources: Data Mapping Automation, Third-Party Risk Management, IT & Security Risk Management, Third-Party Risk Exchange.

For example, you could use this section to capture supported contracts of a vendor. You could then build out subsections to help you group contract attributes into different tables based on what you want to highlight.



To add a Related Contract section

  1. On the Reports menu, select Reports.

    The Reports screen appears.

  2. Create or launch a custom Inventory type PDF report.
  3. Click the View Builder tab.
  4. Click the Add Section button.
    The Add Section modal appears.

    Section Name

    Enter a name for the section.

    Section Type

    Select Related Contract.

  5. Click the Save button.
    The Related Contracts section appears on the View Builder tab.

To configure the related contracts

  1. Click the Manage Attributes button.


    The Select Fields to Display modal appears.

  2. Use the Left Arrow and Right Arrow to move selected fields between the Available Fields and Visible Fields sections.
  3. Use the Up Arrow and Down Arrow to adjust the order in which the visible fields appear.
  4. Click the Apply button. The fields in the Visible Fields section will appear on the report.
