• Resolved an issue that prevented users from adding the workflow and workflow stage to an attribute group on the Issue type details screen.

Issue Attribute Visibility Rules

Configure attribute visibility rules using the new Attribute visibility tab on the Issue type details screen in the Attribute Manager. This feature allows you to use conditional logic to control which fields appear when creating or editing issues to help reduce clutter and improve data accuracy.

Disable Editing of Details

Disable users from editing details on closed issues and preserve the record once the workflow is completed. This workflow configuration setting is optional during activation and is only available if the Close record setting is enabled. Users must reopen the issue record in order to edit a field.
