Patch Updates

• Resolved an issue that prevented all eligible user groups from appearing in the Section Approver field for assessment template rules, meaning user groups from lower-level organizations in the organizational hierarchy were not consistently available for selection.

• Resolved an issue that caused the Create Email Template action in assessment template notifications to incorrectly navigate users away from the current module.
