Flag New Permissions in the System

Manage recently added permissions introduced within the OneTrust Platform using the new Recently added permissions tab on the Roles screen within Global Settings. As new permissions are added to the platform to support new or expanded functionality, or as they are added as part of OneTrust's permission standardization changes across the platform, these permissions will now appear on a dedicated tab within the Roles screen, providing clear visibility of what permissions were added and which roles were impacted. This enhancement enables admins to quickly assess permission impact and decide how new permissions should be applied across additional custom roles in their environment.

Fixed

  • Resolved an issue that prevented user groups from properly filtering based on the search terms entered in the Search field on the User groups screen.

  • Resolved an issue where the Search field on the Roles, Users, and User groups screen in Global Settings appeared on top of the list of organizations when expanded from the Organizations icon in the Global Header.

Existing Public Preview Features

SCIM Users and Groups Integrations

Utilize the Integrations module to configure triggers and actions for SCIM Users and Groups. This feature allows users to automate their organization's processes when managing user and group information using SCIM APIs.

New Root Organization

Create a new root organization at the top of an existing organizational hierarchy using the new Set as the Root Organization check box on the Add Organization modal. This feature allows you to move an existing organizational structure, along with certain previously configured settings, under a new root organization.

Integrate Tasks with External Systems

Manage tasks created within the application across external systems by creating integration workflows using the following new integration events:

  • Task Add Attachment

  • Task Add Comment

  • Task Created

  • Task Deleted

  • Task Remove Attachment

  • Task Updated

This enhancement allows you to manage tasks across external systems, which may be helpful when addressing tasks that require a large volume of actions.
