Gain full oversight into all regulatory-driven data processing activities with the Legal Basis, Transfer Mechanism, and Entity Type constructs in Global Data Manager. This enhancement standardizes how these attributes are defined, collected, and represented in Data Mapping Automation.

Note:

No action is required from customers once enabled as these objects will appear across any template configured with an associated attribute. For existing customers, any custom values for these attributes will now be available as options for the given core construct.

Fixed

• Enhancements have been made to improve performance when processing complex workflow and routing rule configurations for AI systems, Models, Projects, and Issues. Validation to flag archived or deleted workflows and data, such as attributes, response options, organizations, etc., is now only applied ahead of time when a configuration contains 20 rules or fewer. When more than 20 rules are present, validation will be completed only when the rule details are expanded.

Things to Know

System attributes now indicate if theResponse typeis Single select or Multi select so users clearly understand if one or more options can be selected. This is available in the list screen view and details view of the attribute.
