Retain issues on assessments

The ​Retain issues on assessments​​ permission has been added and now controls users' ability to retain issues on assessment questions.

This permission has been granted to the following system roles:

AI Governance Manager, Compliance Manager, Enterprise Policy Manager, ERM Manager, IT Risk Approver, IT Risk Manager, Policy Owner, Site Admin, Tech Risk & Compliance Admin, Vendor Manager

This permission has been granted to custom roles that were previously assigned the ​Unlink issues​​ permission.

​​Unlink issues from assessments​​

The ​Unlink issues from assessments​​ permission has been added and now controls users' ability to remove links between issues and assessment questions.

This permission has been granted to the following system roles:

AI Governance Manager, Compliance Manager, Enterprise Policy Manager, ERM Manager, IT Risk Approver, IT Risk Manager, Policy Owner, Site Admin, Tech Risk & Compliance Admin, Vendor Manager

This permission has been removed from custom roles that were not previously assigned the View all issues permission and the following system roles:

AI Governance Manager, Compliance Manager, ERM Manager, Enterprise Policy Manager, IT Risk Approver, IT Risk Manager, Invited, Policy Owner, Project Owner
