Patch Updates

• The message description and default text that appear when the Enable Opt-Out Signal Notification setting is enabled on a template has been updated for improved accuracy and closer adherence to CCPA guidelines.

  This notification now only displays if a user is opted out of one or more purposes explicitly configured for Global Privacy Control (GPC) in the corresponding geolocation rule.

  The option to configure a second message when users manually provided consent is no longer available.
