Insights Consent Data Subjects Dashboard

The Consent Data Subjects Dashboard allows you to report on data captured by the Universal Consent & Preference Management module. You can utilize the data available on the Consent Data Subjects Dashboard to view information about data subject level metrics and receipts performance, allowing you to derive insights on the health and status of your first-party data strategy.

The Consent Data Subjects Dashboard is divided into the following tabs: Data Subjects Tab | Receipts Tab. The following sections provide additional details on each tab.

Note:

To access the Consent Data Subjects Dashboard, navigate to Reports > Dashboards. Then enable the Insights Dashboards setting.

Available Slicers

Throughout each tab of the Insights Consent Data Subjects Dashboard, the following slicers are available. By default, slicers affect all the other visualizations on the tab, including each other. As you choose values in the list and date slicers, the other slicers and visualizations will be filtered to include only the data that intersects those selected values.

The name of the organization to which the data subject or receipt is related.

The name of the purpose for collecting and processing consent.

Collection Point Type

The type of collection point through which consent was given.

Select specific collection point types to adjust the data that displays in the visualizations.

Collection Point

The name of the collection point where consent was last gathered or recorded.

Select specific collection points to adjust the data that displays in the visualizations.

Location

Location where consent was collected.

Select specific locations to adjust the data that displays in the visualizations.

Time Range

Dates when consent was gathered and recorded.

Click the start and end date fields and select dates from the calendar to adjust the time period of the data that displays in the visualizations.

Note:

The time range can be adjusted to up to 13 months using the start and end dates in the Time Range field to obtain a historical view. Please note that the Consent Data Subjects Dashboard is designed based on data aggregated daily.

Data Subjects Tab

The Data Subjects tab displays an overview of data subjects, highlighting their consent state metrics based on receipt data associated with their data subject profiles. This allows your organization to monitor and assess the consent status and engagement of your data subjects and track performance trends over time.

All metrics are calculated daily at a specific time. Please note that historical data prior to release 202508.1.0 is not accessible through the dashboard.

In some cases, data from daily snapshots is aggregated to highlight trends or provide a historical overview.

Unique DS Consents

Number of unique data subject profiles with the corresponding consents.

Note:

Data subjects can have multiple consents.

Opt-In Rate

Percentage of data subject consent profiles that chose to opt-in for a purpose.

Opt-Out Rate

Percentage of data subject consent profiles that chose to opt-out for a purpose.

Not Given Rate

Percentage of data subject consent profiles that were given an opportunity to opt-in but chose not to for a purpose.

What is my overall consent state for DS profiles?

Total count of unique consent profiles gathered organized by consent status.

What is my consent state by collection point type?

Percentage of unique consent profiles across the organization for each collection point type.

In addition, you can click each collection point type to display only data for that particular collection point type. Click the collection point type once more to return to the original view.

What is my consent state by Purpose?

Percentage of unique consent profiles across the organization for each purpose.

This is time-series data that provides a historical view and retains up to 13 months of records from the date the dashboard is activated.

Percentage of times data subjects opted-in, opted-out, did not provide, or withdrew consent.

Receipts Tab

The Receipts tab provides a comprehensive overview of consent receipts allowing you to measure consent performance through receipts count as well as through opt-in, opt-out, and not given receipt statuses to identify patterns in user consent behavior.

Percentage of receipts that originated from users' opt-in interactions.

Opt-Out Rate

Percentage of receipts that originated from user's opt-out interactions.

Not Given Rate

Percentage of receipts that originated from user's not given interactions.
