Customizing the CTV Banner Template

You can customize the layout, styling, content, and behavior of your banner template for Connected TV (CTV) services. This allows you to create a look and feel that matches your organization's branding style and behavior preferences.

To enable CTV Templates

This action only needs to be performed for new templates which have been configured for CTV apps. The configuration options will be enabled by default.

  1. On the Cookie Consent menu, select Templates. The Templates screen appears.

  2. Select a template. The Template Details screen appears.

  3. Enable the CTV App Template setting in the right-hand pane. A confirmation modal will appear to permit configuration of CTV App Templates.
    Note:

    This confirmation will only appear once for new templates which haven't yet been configured for CTV apps. The configuration options will be enabled by default.



To customize a CTV banner template

Important:

The majority of the banner styles are configured from the Styling section of the Web Browser tab. For more information, see Customizing the Banner Template.

You can select button focus colors on the CTV tab that are not available under the Web Browser tab. Additionally, you can see a preview of how the Banner will appear on a CTV device.

  1. On the Cookie Consent menu, select Templates. The Templates screen appears.

  2. Click on the name of the template you want to customize. The Template Details screen appears.

  3. Navigate to the Banner tab, then select CTV app from the platform selector.




  4. Click the Edit icon next to the banner section you want to configure.
  5. Configure the settings. For more information, see General, Button Sets, and Layout.
  6. Click the Save and Close button on each section once your changes are completed.
  7. Click the Save template button on the Template details screen to finalize your configurations.
