Using the Third-Party Risk Management Dashboard
The Third-Party Risk Management Default dashboard allows you to report on data captured by Third-Party Risk Management. The default dashboard helps you quickly assess the state of your vendor records, vendor assessments, and contracts for reporting and management purposes. The Third-Party Risk Management Dashboard contains the following components:
Vendors by Risk Level
The Vendors by Risk Level graph shows all vendors that have risks by the risk level. Hover over each bar or reference the x-axis of the chart for an immediate count of the vendor records referenced in risk level.
Vendor Assessments
The Vendor Assessments graph shows all vendor risk assessments recorded in your account. Assessments are organized into four categories: Not Started In Progress, Under Review, and Completed. Hover over each category of the graph to view an immediate count of the assessments recorded in that section.
The Aggregated risk summary by category permission is required to view the Vendor Assessments widget.
Vendors with Expiring Contracts
The Vendors with Expiring Contracts graph shows all vendors that have had contract documents attached to the vendor record. Vendor records are categorized by an approximation of when a contract will expire. Hover over each bar or reference the x-axis of the chart to view an immediate count of the vendor records referenced in each category.
Vendor Count
The Vendor Count card widget shows all vendors recorded in your account.
Vendors by Type
The Vendors by Type graph shows each type of vendor record. Hover over each bar or reference the x-axis of the chart for an immediate count of the vendor records referenced in each category.
Vendors by Rating
The Vendors by Rating graph shows the vendors in your organization by their rating. The vendor rating measures how the vendor compares to others in the same industry. Hover over each bar or reference the x-axis of the chart for an immediate count of the vendor records referenced at each rating.
