Insights Third-Party Risk Management Dashboard

The Vendor Risks Summary tab provides a broad snapshot of risks and their distribution across risk categories.

The following metrics are available on the Vendor Risks Summary tab:

Field

Description

Managing Organization

Organization to which vendor risks are related.

Select specific organizations to adjust the data that displays in the dashboard tiles.

Criticality

Criticality level of vendors.

Select specific criticalities to adjust the data that displays in the dashboard tiles.

Business Owner

Owner of the specific vendor.

Select specific business owner to adjust the data that displays in the dashboard tiles.

Aggregate Risk Level

The overall risk level of vendors.

Select specific aggregate risk levels to adjust the data that displays in the dashboard tiles.

Risk - Residual Risk Level

Risk data for vendors with an associated residual risk score.

Select specific residual risk levels to adjust the data that displays in the dashboard tiles.

Open Risks by Category

Total number of open risks grouped by risk category.

Hover over each rectangle to view the number of risks per risk category. In addition, you can click each rectangle to display only data for that particular category. This includes any risk not in the Monitoring stage. Click the rectangle once more to return to the original view.

Risks Evaluation Duration by Stage

Average number of days spent in each stage of a vendor risk workflow.

Hover over each bar in the chart to view how long on average (in days) each stage of the risk workflow takes for assignees to complete. In addition, you can click each bar to display only data for that particular respondent. Click the bar once more to return to the original view.

Vendor Risks by Levels

Total number of vendor risks grouped by risk level.

Hover over each bar in the chart to view the exact number of vendor risks based on the risk level. In addition, you can click each bar to display only data for that particular respondent. Click the bar once more to return to the original view.

Open Risks by Vendor Criticality

Total number of risks based on vendor criticality.

Hover over each segment in the chart to view the exact number and percent of risks per criticality. In addition, you can click each segment to display only data for that particular criticality. Click the segment once more to return to the original view.

Distribution of Risk Treatment Outcomes

The result of risk treatment based on risk level.

Hover over each segment in the chart to view the risk level, the risk result, the count of vendor risks, and the total of all risks for the level. In addition, you can click each segment to display only data for that particular risk level. Click the segment once more to return to the original view.

Risk Result Distribution

Total number of risks based on their result.

Hover over each segment in the chart to view the exact number and percent of total risks for a particular result. In addition, you can click each segment to display only data for that particular result. Click the segment once more to return to the original view.

Inherent Risk and Residual Risk by Category

Average of inherent and residual risk scores based on each risk category.

Hover over each point to view the residual risk score per risk category. In addition, you click each point to display only data for that particular risk category. Click the point once more to return to the original view.

Vendor Risks Table

The list of risks along with their Risk ID, Risk Name, Organization, Residual Risk Level, Risk Stage, Risk Owner, Deadline, Result, Source, and Last Modified Date. The data in this table will sort and filter to match what you click in the other charts and graphs.

The Vendor Activity tab provides a snapshot of the workflow status of vendors and their criticality.

Vendor Name

Name of the vendor.

Organization

Organization to which vendors belong.

Vendor Workflow

Name of the vendor workflow.

Select specific vendor workflows to adjust the data that displays in the dashboard tiles.

Business Owner

Owner of the specific vendor.

Select specific business owner to adjust the data that displays in the dashboard tiles.

Aggregate Risk Level

The overall risk level of vendors.

Vendors by Workflow Stages

Total number of Vendors in a given Workflow Stage.

Vendors by Criticality with No Assessments

Total number of vendors with no completed assessments grouped by criticality level.

Hover over each segment in the chart to view the exact number and percent of vendors with that criticality. In addition, you can click each segment to display only data for that particular criticality. Click the segment once more to return to the original view.

Vendor Assessments by Stage

Total number of vendor assessments grouped by assessment stages.

Vendor Table

The list of vendors along with their ID, Name, Aggregate Risk Level, Business Owner, Criticality, Organization, and Type. The data in this table will sort and filter to match what you click in the other charts and graphs.

The Vendor Health tab provides a snapshot of the time it takes to move a vendor from onboarding to assessment response.

Vendor Name

Name of the vendor.

Organization to which vendors are related.

Locations where vendors are hosted.

Aggregate Risk Level

The overall risk level of vendors.

Average Vendor Onboarding Duration by Stage

The average days spent onboarding for vendors based on their current stage.

Average Assessment Duration by Stage (in Days)

The average number of days it takes to complete each stage of the assessment.

Average Response Times by Assessment Template (in Days)

The average days it takes for vendor respondents to submit an assessment after it is sent.

Hover over each bar in the chart to view the average number of days it takes for a vendor to respond to a specific template type. In addition, you can click each bar to display only data for that particular template. Click the bar once more to return to the original view.

Vendors by Criticality

The total number of vendors based on their criticality.

Vendors by Type

The total number of vendors based on their type.

Vendor Count by Geography

The total number of vendors based on their geographic location.

Hover over each point on the map to view the exact number of vendors for that country. In addition, you can click a country to display only data for that particular country. Click the country once more to return to the original view.

Vendor Table

The list of vendors along with their ID, Name, Aggregate Risk Level, Business Owner, Criticality, Organization, and Type. The data in this table will sort and filter to match what you click in the other charts and graphs.

The Engagements tab provides a snapshot of vendor engagements.

Engagements by Workflow Stages

The total number of Engagements based on Workflow Stage.

Owner

Owner of the specific vendor engagements.

Engagements by Aggregate Risk Level

The total number of Engagements based on their Aggregate Risk Level.

Hover over each bar in the chart to view the exact number of engagements by aggregate risk level. In addition, you can click each bar to display only data for that particular aggregate risk level. Click the bar once more to return to the original view.

Engagements Table

The list of engagements along with their Name, Parent Vendor, Organization, Start Date, Internal Owner, Aggregate Risk Level, and Aggregate Risk Score. The data in this table will sort and filter to match what you click in the other charts and graphs.

The Contracts tab provides a snapshot of vendor contract status and upcoming expiration dates.

The total number of contracts based on status.

Type of contract.

Select specific contract type to adjust the data that displays in the dashboard tiles.

Contracts Expiring in Next 90 Days

The total number of contracts expiring in the next 90 days.

Hover over each point in the graph to view the number of subtasks created at a given date and time. In addition, you can click a point on the graph to display only data for that particular date and time. Click the point once more to return to the original view.

Contracts Table

The list of contracts along with their Name, Owner, Type, Status, and Associated Vendor. The data in this table will sort and filter to match what you click in the other charts and graphs.
