To view the status tracker list screen

  1. On the Data Discovery menu, select Discovery Review > Status tracker. The Status tracker list screen appears.

  2. All bulk actions will be represented with a unique Job ID and appear in this list screen with the following columns:


    Tip:

    Click the Refresh icon to populate the latest job(s).

    Column

    Description

    Job ID

    The randomized identification string for each bulk action job.

    Example: 8ef65cfb-dcf9-45ae-b6d3-4c156cd25c80

    Action taken

    The following actions can appear:

    • Approve Recommended Terms(s)

    • Approve Pending Term(s)

    • Reject Recommended Term(s)

    • Delete recommended terms

    • Restore recommended terms

    • Flag for review

    • Assign tags to metadata

    • Assign data policy to metadata

    • Assign tags to terms

    Status

    The following tracking statuses can appear:

    • Success

    • In progress

    • Failure

    • Completed successfully

    • Completed with errors

    Method

    The following methods can appear:

    Data Discovery review

    - managed via bulk actions

    Rules engine

    - managed via automation rules

    Start date

    The date and timestamp of when the action was first managed.

    Date finished

    The date and timestamp of when the action was finished.

    Records affected

    The number of records the given Job affected.
